Shipping & Returns

• What is your shipping policy?

We ship across India. Your order will be shipped within 7 to 14 days of purchase. Our shipping costs are calculated as per weight & pin code. Your shipping fee will be automatically calculated and added to your order. You will be able to view the shipping fee prior to processing your order. You shall receive your tracking ID on email. Please note that we do not guarantee to re-ship products that that has confirmed "Delivered" on the tracking page. If your package was confirmed delivered but you did not receive it into your hands, we recommend that you speak with your family, roommates and neighbours to see if anyone else brought in the package (this happens more often that you might think!).

• What is your refund / return policy?

We rarely have issues with our products or boxes but when we do we always work hard to resolve any issues that come up. All of our readings, products and box orders are final sale, and not available for returns or refunds. Contact us on bookings@celestinetarot.com with any questions.

• What if you receive a damaged product?

We rarely have issues with our products or boxes but when we do we always work hard to resolve any issues that come up. As soon as you receive the package, send us an image of the broken item on celestine.healing.1111@gmail.com to process a new product. The new item shall be shipped within 7 days of email.
