Fatigue is a state of extreme physical or mental tiredness. The lives that we live & the stimulation we receive today is prone to cause stress. The reason is hidden in our routine - lack of sleep, over or under eating or not eating on time, heavy exertion, not getting enough sun or lack of activity. Spiritually, there are even. more reasons that we aren't always aware of.

Fatigue is when your energy is completely drained due to multiple reasons. Think of the last time you were really exhausted and think about the circumstance. This could either be because you spent time with someone who you didn't like, were in the middle of a huge crowd, got into an argument or entertained negative thoughts.
